I just got home from a seminar that Alex Jeffreys hosted
in Las Vegas. And, I’ve gotta say… it was excellent!

It made me realize that meeting people live and in person
may be one of the biggest keys to Internet Business success
that very few people understand.

Alex talked about this at the event. He explained how he
traveled “across the pond” many, many times to various
Internet Marketing seminars and meeting the players in
this game on multiple occasions.

He explained that attending these live events and meeting
the key players allowed him to “shortcut” his path to success.

He told a story of one seminar that Mike Filsaime walked up
to him, put his arm around him and asked him if he’d like to
join him for lunch.

And, after people witnessed that, they instantly started asking
Alex what time he was going to be speaking. This, as Alex
explained gave him instant credibility just because of the law of
“guilty by association”. (Is that actually a natural law?)

Being able to ask questions, meet and interact with other attendees,
interact and ask question of speakers and just hang out and drink
a few beers trading stories and getting to know one another goes
miles and miles in establishing yourself in your Internet Marketing
career.

All of those benefits of attending live events can be considered
“side-effects”, and that the content and learning material covered
in the seminar or workshop itself is the main benefit.

But, many who are in the know, would argue that the curriculum
of the workshop and the things you can learn from the content are
the side-effects and that the networking and building of relationships
is the main benefit.

I tend to agree with the latter.

After attending Alex’s seminar/workshop, I would have to say that
if you aren’t making an effort to attend workshops and live events
in this industry, then I would have to say that you really aren’t serious
about owning and operating a real, successful Internet Business.

So, if you aren’t attending live events and you are serious about
wanting to make your Internet Business successful, I’m sure I’ll be
seeing you at one of the next seminars.

I know I’ll be there! Will you?

Talk soon,
